ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
This program is designed to MAXIMIZE muscle & strength gain over the course of 8 weeks. It's split into 3 phases—1) Accumulation phase, 2) Hypertrophy phase, and 3) Strength phase. At the end, you'll test your new maxes with a mock meet (and hit new all-time PRs).
