Train inside a fully equipped HYROX room with an expert coach leading every session. These are challenging (but fun), high-energy workouts that combine running, functional strength, and race-style stations to deliver visible results and real performance gains week after week.

WHAT IS HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional strength and conditioning stations like sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, carries, rowing, and ski work.

But you do not need to compete in a HYROX race to do these classes.

Our HYROX group training takes the structure and challenge of HYROX and turns it into structured group workouts for all levels. Each class blends running, functional strength, and race-style stations into one high-energy session that builds real strength and endurance.

Beginners can move at their own pace by running, jogging, or walking and using lighter weights. Advanced athletes can increase pace, load, and intensity to match race demands.

Everyone trains in the same class, at their own level. The focus is clear structure, smart progression, and measurable results that compound week after week.

CLASSES

WHAT WILL THE CLASSES BE LIKE?
WORKOUTS 

Each class combines short running intervals with functional strength and race-style stations. One workout might pair running with sled pushes and lunges. Another might rotate ski ergs, rowing, wall balls, and carries. Everything is built by an expert Hyrox coach to deliver real progress in your endurance, strength, and athleticism.

ENVIRONMENT

Train in a focused, high-energy environment where the music is up, energy is high, and coaching is constant so you always know what to do and when to push. The atmosphere keeps workouts intense and motivating without ever feeling chaotic or intimidating.

COMMUNITY

You train alongside people who show up consistently and want to get better. The shared effort creates natural accountability and energy that pushes you further than training alone. You feed off the room, stay consistent, and progress faster because you are surrounded by others doing the work with you.

EQUIPMENT

Classes are run in our dedicated Hyrox training space, equipped with premium sleds, ski ergs, rowers, wall balls, runners, and carry stations. This way workouts flow exactly as intended and nothing ever gets watered down or substituted.

YOU MIGHT BE ASKING…

  • Classes are on Monday's at 6 PM and Saturday's at 9:30 AM in the HYROX room. 

  • Yes! You can bring friends, just send them this page and have them fill out the form to claim their free first session. 

  • No. Running is fully adjustable in every class. You can run, jog, or walk based on your current fitness level. Many people start these classes saying “I’m not a runner” and quickly build confidence and endurance through structured training.

  • Yes. These classes are designed for all levels. Beginners and advanced athletes train in the same session, each at their own pace. Distances, weights, and reps are adjustable so everyone gets an effective workout without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Perfect. You can push pace, load, and intensity to match race demands. The structure stays the same, but advanced athletes use it to sharpen endurance, efficiency, and performance for competition.

  • No. Competing is optional. Many members train HYROX-style because they want structured workouts, better results, and a higher-level training experience.
