PWRBLD Barbell Club is an official USA Weightlifting Club for beginner to early intermediate lifters who feel unsure about Olympic lifting technique and how to make steady progress.

Group coaching sessions will be held every Saturday from 1-3 PM at either PWRBLD King of Prussia or PWRBLD Warrington.

Absolutely not. You can join exactly as you are right now. Our coaching and structured programming help you safely and steadily build the strength and technique you need from day one. You'll never feel out of place or unsure. Instead, you'll quickly feel confident as you clearly see your strength and lifts improve week after week.
Absolutely! Our club is specifically designed to help beginners like you quickly build strength, confidently master Olympic lifting technique, and steadily improve every week. Your coach will help you learn proper technique from day one so it's easy and comfortable for you to start right away.
Absolutely. If you’ve been lifting but feel stuck or frustrated by slow progress, our group coaching sessions and detailed programming will help you break through plateaus, refine your technique, and consistently hit exciting new PRs.
Definitely not—competing is completely optional. Many members train purely to improve their strength, master their technique, and feel more confident. If you eventually decide you'd like to compete, we can work with you to prep for competition, but there’s zero pressure.
